As seafarers plied the icy aters off Nova Scotia, the lighthouse at Cape Calais towered above the wind-whipped shoreline and stood for safe harbor, stood for home. So venerated was the old house that it became the very symbol of the Cape itself, and was reproduced on everything from boat keels to street pavers. Eventually, its image was immortalized in the making of a clock that hung in the Olde Town Hall. For everyone who sees something both powerful and romantic in a seacoast setting, we’ve produced that same clock here, as a special remembrance from Moment In Time.
Antique dials are carefully mounted on laser cut, 1/4" thick, panel bases and feature antique black hands and a quartz movement.
Antiqued pendulum extends 5” beneath dial.
