1. WhatÆs an AffiliateFuture Program?

An Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time a customer youÆve referred to us makes a purchase, you earn a commission. In every month that youÆve earned more than $40, AffiliateFuture sends you a check for the percentage of the sales you refer to our site. ItÆs that easy!

4. Can a web site outside the United States be an Affiliate?

Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world; 1-800-4CLOCKS.com can ship, depending upon which products, to both the USA and Canada. All commission checks to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars.

5. I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?

Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You will have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites and be paid with only one commission check.

6. How do I sign up?

First, you must fill out our Affiliate Application and agree to the terms of our Affiliate Agreement. Once youÆve submitted your application, we will contact you soon (via e-mail) with easy-to-follow information on how to get started and create links on your site!

7. Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate?

Most sites qualify for participation in our program. Anyone may submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a membership at any time if we feel the site contains objectionable material or violates agreements we have in place.

8. How do I create links?

We have an automatic tag generator on 1-800-4CLOCKS.com's Affiliate Site that creates HTML for you to simply cut and paste into your web site. ItÆs so easy to use even beginners can create links in seconds. You donÆt even need to know HTML!

9. Can I use 1-800-4CLOCKS.com content on my site?

All material for use as an Affiliate - include banners, key selling points, marketing material, etc. - is supplied by AffiliateFuture. Use of any additional material (names, descriptions, pricing policies, words, or photos) is only acceptable with written permission from 1-800-4CLOCKS, which in most instances should be obtained through AffiliateFuture unless not possible.

10. How do I know how much IÆve sold and earned?

Through 1-800-4CLOCKS' Affiliate Site you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

11. How often do I get paid?

AffiliateFuture will send you a check every month for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site, provided you earned more than $40.

12. What about product returns?

If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction as long as it's within our 5 day cancellation policy. After the 5 days have passed, the sale is counted as valid and commissions will be paid. Affiliates must recognize that some of our products listed online will be temporarily out-of-stock or discontinued by the Manufacturer. In those cases, we will make adjustments as though it is a product return as described above, unless the customer chooses to replace their ordered product with a substitute product from 1-800-4CLOCKS.com, in which case the commission will still be paid .

13. How will you know that the orders came from my site?

All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, you receive credit when a purchase is made.
