This is an antique gallery W and H wall clock.Winterhalder and Hoffmeier 16 inch wall clock. The movement is signed WH and Sch. (W&H), so it is an early Winterhalder and Hoffmeier.
The clock dates from the late 1800's and is in good running order.The case is walnut and is in good condition except for a slightly misaligned peice as seen in the pictures, not really too noticable. The heavy dial is in very good antique condition with exception to one small rust colored chip as seen in the picture. It runs great and keeps very good time. The original hands are also very good.
All the original door and case hardware are present and in good working order. The front glass is perfect. It still has its lever to start the pendulum from the outside bottom of the case.
