Miniature Cast Iron Antique Mantel Clock B and H
Description:
This is a good example of an antique miniature cast iron mantel clock. It is dated May 10, 1859 on the pan of the dial. The clock is in great shape and runs very well. The dial is all original as is the rest of the clock.
It has a very pretty painted flower scene below the dial and above the small glass door to view the pendulum
It is cast Iron and heavy for its small size, only 12.5 inches tall and 9 inches wide. It has a petite 3 inch dial covered by the door with convex glass.
It is not signed that I can see but was purchased near Meriden, CT home of Bradley and Hubbard. Nice little clock for the cast iron clock collector.
A key is included.
